I just needed these on my blog. Also, when are people going to stop complaining about Jennifer Lawrence? Their most uneducated remark is “she looks like a Barbie doll and Katniss is not a Barbie doll”. Bitchplease, have you seen Jennifer in Winter’s Bone? Also, Lenny Kravitz as Cinna: FLAWLESS. Also also, Amandla Stenberg is gorjus.

For some time now, I’ve wanted to be Jennifer Lawrence. Because she’s a great actress and beautiful blah blah blah. But now, I want to be her more than ever because:
- she got to be best buds with McAvoy (I have only ever wanted to be married to McAvoy since high school)
- she almost got it on with Nic Hoult (this may be irrelevant to most people but Nicholas Hoult is good-looking, okay?)
- she got it on with Fassy (even men secretly want to get it on with Fassy)
- she is so fine
This is random but I’m still hungover on First Class. I’ll watch it again next week trololo.
First Jennifer Lawrence Hunger Games image revealed
It seems like only yesterday that Jennifer Lawrence landed the lead role of Katniss Everdeen in the movie adaptation of The Hunger Games.
But already the first image of the actress in her battle-gear has been unveiled, proving if nothing else just how quickly things can happen in modern day Hollywood.
With her blonde hair dyed brown, the actress can be seen wearing Katniss’ full get-up while clutching her signature bow and arrows.
For the haters. Now do you get it?

I don’t mean to bash anybody, I really don’t, but to say that “she looks like a delicate little flower who can’t hunt for shit” is completely wrong because, well, have you seen Winter’s Bone? I think people shouldn’t go apeshit over casting news because maybe, just maybe, the casting directors might have done their jobs well. Also, actors don’t get cast because they’re who the fans want. That just doesn’t happen. As for “the only movie that has ever casted characters spot on was Harry Potter and LOTR”, we all know that just isn’t true, as much as I’m a huge fan of both franchises.
Casting News of the Day: The Wrap is reporting this morning that 20-year-old Oscar-nominee Jennifer Lawrence, best known for her role as Ree Dolly in Winter’s Bone, has nabbed the coveted role of Katniss Everdeen in Gary Ross’s live-action adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ best-selling sci-fi series The Hunger Games.
According to The Wrap, Lawrence signed on yesterday after two days of negotiations. She had been the “clear frontrunner” for nearly a week.
Alex Pettyfer (I Am Number Four), Josh Hutcherson (The Kids Are All Right), and Hunter Parrish (Weeds) are reportedly being considered for the part of Peeta Mellark.
Cool beans. I’d hoped it was going to be her.
